As a general rule, it’s tough being a Pastor. This COVID season has been tough on the church. As a result, a number of churches are shutting down… also concerning, a number of Pastors are resigning. And while burnout or deconstructing faith is relevant in the life of ministry in 2021, there are others that are reframing their calling.

THECHURCH.DIGITAL’s own Rey De Armas is on a similar journey. Recently resigning from his full-time church staff position, Rey is not walking away from ministry… instead he is walking towards a greater mission field than he’s experienced in his church staff career.
