    • Remember, don't sent standards so high as to limit potential leaders and disciple-makers.
    • Encourage radical ideas. Don't forget to experiment.
    • Phygital (TM) groups are not about control. It's about equipping disciple-makers, releasing them, and encouraging them along the way. This is the opposite of control.
