NOTES

  • Physical should not be in competition with Phygital. After all, Physical is part of Phygital.
  • Defining Phygital: Physical and Digital working together, not overlapping. Not in competition.
  • 1. Physical/Digital Worship Services continue to lose effectiveness for evangelism.
  • 2. We potentially can reach a different type of person digitally.
  • 3. Traditionally, physical discipleship struggles while digital discipleship is becoming highly effective.
  • 4. Helping keep people on-mission via Phygital (physical & digital) methods.
  • 5. Churches report Digital is easier & quicker to go through discipleship process.
  • 6. COVID Season was not a rejection of Digital, it's a rejection of lack of balance. For the established church, we need to find that balance.
  • 7. Digital leans towards multiplication, creates immense opportunities to scale, and starts a movement.
